Andrew Ritchie cycles a solid 10 kilometres every time he performs his one man show about cycling and active transportation.

That isn’t a metaphor for the effort it takes to be on stage or the stress he’s under, but instead the actual distance he cycles on an exercise bike while performing Cycle. It’s also one of the shows at this year’s Expanse Festival, starting this weekend.
